I have to say that my wife was surprised when she throw the anchor for the first time last saturday. The reaction of the anchor was instantlly, functionability and the weight its absurd.

We have a 27-28 foot SeaRay SDX250. Boat is all of 9k lbs. I called to get some more info on this anchor. Guy on the phone advised to get it with the chain & rope. He said they designed them to go together and when together and used correctly, it just works! So OK I got the package. When it arrived and I opened it I said, "no way is this tiny lightweight anchor going to hold my boat". But before forming any more opinions I said we have to give it a go and see how it holds up. They claim boats up to 30ft, so lets see! We wanted to anchor in 20 feet of water about 100yds off the beach. Tossed the anchor, let the rope roll out all the way, tied the end to hook on the boat. The anchor grabbed and grabbed hard! We did NOT move at all for the hour we sat there. This thing hit the bottom, dug in hard, i let the rope run so we'd have the correct angle, and that was it! AWESOME AWESOME anchor! This thing was so dug in, that I had the damndess time trying to get it to release and come up. We boat on Lake Geneva in SE Wisconsin. Anyone who knows the lake knows it's usually "ocean". This anchor didn't budge!!! Pricey product YEA! But worth it cause it does what it's supposed to do! Thanks SandShark!!!

Well built, willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Great company to deal with
Based off the size and how light weight this anchor is, I had my doubts BUT, I used it this last weekend for the first time and O M G. This thing bit into the sand bed almost immediately after throwing it and held us firmly in 20-25 mph winds and a strong outgoing current! I own a 24' Yamaha Jetboat. Held us great and did not break loose!
Lake still has 2 feet of ice on it but will say the anchor looks pretty
